Our Breeding Program
We are dedicated to breeding and raising high-quality Teddy Roosevelt Terriers. Our breeding program is focused on producing versatile dogs suitable for farm and family companionship, vermin control, and more. Our passion drives us to go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our dogs and the satisfaction of our puppy buyers.
Below, you will find information about how our puppies are raised, as well as puppy contract and health guarantee details so that you know what to expect.*

Our puppy environment
Our puppies are raised in the home and are handled by adults and children daily. They are exposed to all of the sounds, scent, and surfaces of a typical home. These include sounds like normal conversation, roughhousing, vacuuming, music, etc. Scents such as cooking, visitors, livestock, cats, and to the extent that it is safe, cleaning. Surfaces include both carpet and hard floors. When pups are old enough and the weather permits they can enjoy time playing outside and being exposed to the other animals. They get to go for car rides and visit new places. Puppies are handled by visitors in the home, including both children and adults. In addition to these normal sights, scents, and sounds, we use early scent introduction, Dr. Carmen Battaglia's early neurological stimulation protocol, and a 100 experiences in 100 days program to further our puppy's development and adaptability.
Our Puppy Health
Our sire and dams have been DNA tested through Embark to ensure that no genetic faults are passed on to our puppies. This does not mean that your puppies are guaranteed not to develop these conditions, but it does mean that genetically, your puppy is not predisposed to these issues. Any issues that should arise are purely chance and/or environment. Before going to their new homes, puppies will be seen by a veterinarian at least once to ensure that they are healthy and well. You can claim our health guarantee within one week of the puppy being in your care if the puppy is seen by a veterinarian within that time frame. Breeder Support
We want your puppy to be a perfect fit for you and your family. Therefore we do everything in our power to ensure this is the case. If you have questions at any point during the buying process, transitioning your puppy to their new home, or at any time during their life, reach out, and we will do our best to help you. If you are, for some reason, unable to keep your puppy and are unable to make suitable arrangements for them yourself, please contact us, and we will help ensure they find a new situation.
